Vikrant Massey, one of the most versatile actors, is celebrating his birthday today. Wishes are pouring in from all corners. But it was his wife Sheetal Thakur’s wish that grabbed everyone’s attention. She shared adorable photos of the actor with his son and also called him the best husband and dad. Fans reacted and wished the same to the actor in the comment section.

Taking to her Instagram handle, Sheetal shared photos in which Vikrant is seen kissing his son. In the second photo, the trio are posing and in the last there is a cake photo which reads best Husband and dad. “Happy Birthday, My love. Celebrating the man, husband & father that you are. I’d choose you again and again," read the caption. Fans also wished, ‘Happy birhtday’. Many celebrities also wished.

Directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, 12th Fail remains Vikrant’s best film of his entire film career as of now. It was based on the life of Manoj Kumar Sharma, who overcame extreme poverty to become an Indian Police Service officer. The actor gained widespread acclaim for his work in 12th Fail and also won the Filmfare Best Actor (Critics) award. It is currently streaming on JioHotstar.

Vikrant will be next seen in a romantic-drama film titled Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan opposite Shanaya Kapoor and in Rajkumar Hirani’s upcoming web series. Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan is reportedly based on Ruskin Bond’s short story titled The Eyes Have It. In the film, as per a report by Peeping Moon, the actress will be seen playing a theatre artist, while Vikrant plays a blind musician. The film’s plot will delve into the complexities of human relationships, exploring topics such as compassion, resilience, independence, desire and self-belief.

The official release date of the film is yet to be announced.
